Boost your team’s wellbeing & engagement through creativity.

Without beautiful and practical working environments, at home or in the office, productivity and mental health can dwindle leading to disengagement and increased staff sickness.

That’s why our interior design workshops blend team relationship-building with the wellbeing benefits of mindful, hands-on creativity.

Why?

At companies where roles distance employees from the end result of a project, product or service, it can be harder for individuals to achieve and maintain the job satisfaction that would keep them engaged.

Re-energise your team with a day of artistic activity together, using both hands and minds to experiment, play, innovate and craft a tangible interior design moodboard….

…and experience the creative accomplishment that enhances self-worth, and positively impacts workplace relationships and performance.

In addition to being a joyful activity, interior design is USEFUL, as your team will learn the skills to:

  • enhance the indoor environment

  • lift mood

  • increase productivity when working from home

so you can reduce the likelihood and cost of staff illness or turnover.

Participation in the journey of creative endeavour is as beneficial to mental wellbeing as the outcome - so there’s no pressure to create a masterpiece!

The statistics.

90% of UK office workers believe that the quality of their workplace directly affects their productivity.

Think interior design is all just cushion faffing for girls?

Think again!

We are ALL affected by our environment.

Without interior design input indoor environments

  • look unattractive

  • are difficult to use

  • under or over-stimulate

  • promote lethargy and frustration

Harness the optimising potential of interior design skills to create supportive surroundings that are easy on the eye and make your staff feel

  • visually inspired

  • well-regulated

  • better organised

  • rested

  • energised

so they can let that positivity ripple through all areas of life - including performance in the workplace.

More statistics.

Providing workers with more autonomy and control over their workspace could lead to a 10-15% increase in productivity.

*Institute of Economic Affairs research

56% of UK employees believe that a well-designed work environment positively influences their productivity and job satisfaction.

*YouGov survey

55% of people who experience depression say that their work is a contributing factor.
